Your Love2Shop Travel code will be sent to you by email. Please check your spam folder to ensure it hasn’t been misplaced. If you still have not been sent it please contact us on gph@theloyaltyworks.co.uk or 0113 512 7470.

You can redeem at any point when you have hit a target during the scheme.

GPH need to authorise your redemption request before your travel reward code can be emailed to you. This process can take up to 28 working days, so please allow for this if you want to book a holiday for a specific date.*

*NB: As stated in the Terms and Conditions, if there are any issues with your credit account GPH reserve the right to withhold the reward until the overdue balance is settled.

Your Love2Shop Travel code will expire on 31st October 2021. Any monies remaining on the code after this point will be lost, so please ensure you spend your rewards before then.

The scheme runs until 30th September 2020. From this period, you will then have until 30th November 2020 to redeem any rewards you have obtained throughout the year.
